Wife and friend just left.

Dang 10 month old is bionic right now. I wasn't aware anyone could crawl that fast. I realize I may have been sabotaged by the wife and some sugary lemonade.

Tbone, tater, and Caesar salad await me after the crash.

Considering I do 95% of the cooking in our home, I usually eat whatever I feel like cooking.

My wife is having a girl's night out, as well. And I'm at the local Indian joint getting some butter chicken.

She had the finer things in life. A chefs table of sorts.

Pears, Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes.

This guy is going hot and fast on the offset.

Sounds good. This is what I'm working with tonight. Wife is working tonight, so only a single serving, except for the corn. Can never have too much grilled corn

If you haven't done it yet I highly suggest grilled pizza on the barrel.

Really? I have the Kettle Pizza for the Weber, so I hadn't even though to get that. I did watch the PBC video for it though. One of these days.

I actually did it out of necessity more than anything.

Had a few folks over and we were running late so I lit the offset (which is where we normally do pizza) and the barrel. The barrel pizzas were the most uniform as far as topping were perfectly cooked and crust was as well.

That thing really does it all, and does it well.

ETA: I have a confession, I love steak sauce. Just not on my steak. A1 + potato = amazing

Looks amazing. No shame on the A1. Tastes good, who cares.
