Pontchatrain poboys has a great lunch.
Keith Youngs has a great soft shell crab appetizer dish. I don't think its on the menu.
Gallaghers has a better steak than Keith Youngs.
Leonardo's in Mandeville is the best Italian option, unless you want to drive to Lacombe for Sal and Judy's.

Seiler Bar for dinner. Steve Arons is the owner/chef. Flies under the radar but is among the best on the northshore. Plus it is connected to the Tap Room. Check the event schedule as they have been doing live music.

Disagree with you on this one, as I find it on par with other better Italian places (Boscoe's, Fazzio's) on the NS. I actually found it over hyped...

I like the atmosphere and food at the blind tiger. Right next to chimes and service has always been good!
