I have it on the grill. Someone gave me some wood chips that you add to a can to create smoke, so I'm trying that.

Not exactly how I wanted it, but seems good. I will check back in later tonight after we eat it at work. I'll probably buy a smoker the next I want to cook one. I will use less sausage and more bacon next time, probably add some cheese to it.

It was very tasty. I will get a smoker and modify the recipe next time I make one.
