Where is restaurant depot?

How much lead time does the lobster man need to ship?

The lobsterman was only a day or two. Resturant Depot is in New Orleans, but is Not open to the public. You have to have a buisness licence to be able to shop there...

Some ppl here might not like this suggestion but I have boiled them several times like crawfish and it works better if you pierce them with a long metal skewer first.

Pierce them once straight through the face and then several times through the tail, they pick up quite a bit more seasoning that way.
