Ideas for Pork Steaks?

I bought a twin pack of Boston Butts a couple of weeks ago when Rouse's had them for $0.98/lb. I had the butcher cut one into country style ribs and the other into pork steaks. The pork steaks are huge. What are some things to do with them besides throwing them on the grill? I've got them thawed out and am going to cook them this evening. I just didn't want to grill them because I've been grilling a lot lately. I thought about simmering them in gravy but, they are so big I don't think I could fit them in the pan. I've got about 4 to a pack.

Trim them up and make rice and gravy.

I used a pork steak to make carnitas a few weeks ago and it turned out great. Rub with salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder. Add a little water or stock and a squeeze of orange. Cover with foil and bake at 275 for about 6 hours. Pull apart and serve on tortillas with cilantro, avocado and chopped white onion.
