nothing pisses me off more than cold french fries from a box that they've been sitting and sweating in (and getting soggy) for 15 or 20 minutes.. just sayin'

I hate it when that happens too.


That's why you prepare the plates upon pickup.

If the plates will be "to go", you always use containers with holes or punch holes in the top if they don't have them. In fact, I like that on all hot "to go" items. Otherwise, you get steam and it dilutes any meal, in my opinion.

Agree on adding the sliced onion and that should include a pickle spear.

back to the fries...I always fry them crispy anyway, so they are lots less apt to get soggy.
