if you have some turkey or chicken stock in your freezer heat it up, go to a higher end supermarket and grab some lemongrass, wontons or potstickers, green onion, and a little chunk of ginger.
bruise up the ginger and lemongrass and let it infuse their flavor into the hot broth. remove when the flavor is where you like it. Drop in the already made wontons ot potstickers, light simmer just to heat, then garnish with chopped onions.
Takes 15 minutes to make, really simple, and much more fresh and less salty tasting than the stuff you get at a restaurant....also can make a ton for cheap.
you can use good quality boxed stock or broth as well, and season as you like.
