It will be here Friday! This is my first pellet grill and I’m excited! I’m trying to decide on things I want to cook all weekend. Hit me with your favorite things you cook on your pellet grill.

Pork and beef burnt ends, smashburgers , chicken wings, pork butt, brisket, spatchcock chicken, chili, smoked cream cheese, beef and pork ribs

Did you get a grill grate? I cook on the flat side of that thing as much as I do anything else.
Seared salmon for example (like a griddle)
Or I use it to finish off things cooked on the regular grate.

And I didn’t order the recteq grill pan because I already have a cast iron one. I figured it would do the job.
