Not bad for open just three days.

The good:

Arancini, pepperoni pizza and brussel sprouts. The char on the pizza was perfect.
The service was good considering how new they are.

The okay:
Bone marrow. I have had better but it wasn't bad. I like the idea of it but it needs a little work maybe serve it with gremolata rather than the onions.

Decent wine list and beer list. Had a nice nebbiolo to wash everything down.

What I wished I had room for:
Garlic knots looked awesome and will get next time but no way I could order that knowing I was going to eat pizza.

Charcuterie plate looked good but I didn't want to stare too long.

Definitely would eat there again.

I want a Margherita , bone marrow and Arancini. Maybe I can get there on a baseball weekend.

My wife got the pepperoni the other night and I shamed her for it, but shouldnt have - those are nice thick slices of local pepperoni. Was much better than I excpected. I ordered a white pie (Fried Oyster - tomato, garlic mayo, pea tendrils, & peproncini). It was good. The Iverstine seemed to be quite popular.

Agree on the Arancini. One of the guys stopped by the table the other night and told us how they make it... rather intensive process for a risotto. Pretty impressive.

Bone Marrow is under consideration for a change. It was good - but rather hard to eat the other night. It was cut on ends rather than halved... they said they will probably cut it long-ways going forward. Agreed on the flavor, wasnt bad but a little tweek could make it great. I would really like a pesto or a chimichurri served w it rather than onions. My only critique about the joint - its great.

Looking forward to a return trip.

The portion I had was bisected longitudinally, so apparently they are tweaking it. Next up, tweaking the go withs.
