Fry and make a sweet/sour type sauce or sweet Thai chili sauce ; or


Use fresh rosemary as skewers and grill it kabob style. Balsamic reduction glaze.

I seasoned it up with bbq rub and cooked it indirect over hunks of hickory and charcoal. Took off when internal temp hit 160.

Was like the best piece of BBQ’d chicken I’d ever had. Mild meat that was very tender and moist.
