There was a Thai soup i knew I liked but I had no clue what it’s called. I sometimes get the grocery store version and it’s just called Thai coconut soup.
Well, this weekend, I found out it’s called Tom Kha

That stuff is so so good.
Ive given up trying to make Thai food. Never is as good. I even bought a kefir lime tree for the leaves required for a proper Panang curry.
I just go out for the fix.

I love Tom Yum- it’s the same soup without coconut milk. It’s a great change up from pho in the winter.
