Don't ever get the garlic mash at bonefish. They are awful.

Roast the garlic, mash in the potatoes with your seasoning of preference. Bake in the oven with a good shredded cheese on top. Amazing.

Get them from Carrabba's. Awesome stuff.
But I'll take mashed potatoes any way I can get them. Preferably with a great red meat based homemade gravy.
