I think it may work better in blue type states or the "granola" type places and maybe even more affluent areas where food quality and source are important.

Nothing is more refreshing than fresh cold milk from a Jersey cow poured from a glass container.

Throw in some fresh butter, creole cream cheese, basic fresh cheeses and maybe some specialty milk (goat maybe?) and I think I could easily see myself using this even with a minimum order.

In New Orleans? The smith creamery stand at the CBD farmers market has it sometimes (always?)

Baton Rouge. Calandros has it and I'll be at the Farmers Market in the morning here and they keep it. Wonder if John Folse is still making it?

John Folse shut down his specialty cheese operation last August. His cheese makers went back to Bulgaria and he chose not to replace them.
