So what are you cooking to prep for two potential hurricanes in one week?

I have like Katrina levels of seafood in the freezer (our fridge was loaded)

I caught this recently and it needs to be cooked or I will be depressed.

If we lose power for long enough and my freezer starts defrosting, I could feed the whole block for days on end.

I have one fridge in the kitchen, side by side that the freezer section is full. In the man cave I have a smaller fridge with the small top freezer filled with stewed okra and stocks and a large upright frost free filled to the gills with prepared foods, about 30 lbs. of homemade sausage and lots of raw chicken, beef, pork, fish, shrimp.

Could be nasty or one hell of a block party.
