But he speaks the truth. As long as they've been out of business, you'd think during that time frame someone within the company would have pulled up their bootstraps and got things going again with such an iconic New Orleans product that has a great following.
It would be like Café du' Monde or Central Grocery closing their doors for good because of a fire.

That's all this really was at this point. A PR stunt by JBE. I bet if the Hubigs folks had it their way, none of this would have been announced yet. There is still a ton of work and hurdles to clear for this to become a real coming back story.

They were always a fishing trip must.
When I was a kid and we’d stop at the bait shop my dad would always get a couple for mid morning snack.
I kept it up with until they weren’t available anymore.
Looking forward to their return.
