Amen. I grew up not far from Evergreen Alabama where it’s made. Great on the grill or in cast iron for breakfast. The Wall St Deli here in Birmingham serves it for breakfast now. A little on the greasy side but we are talking about sausage.

You've never had white beans with sausage?

Interesting because I've never had them without sausage. I use ham hocks and sausage.
