i lived in laffy for five years, and coyote blues stays packed. considering all the mexican resturats laffy has, which is alot. coyote blues is easily top 3 or 4 IMO. me and my friends go their often and is usally our first choice for mexican. i've never had any problems with service or food. i would give it an 8 out of 10. if they had a coyote blues in B.R. it would easily be number 1. i love meixcan and i'm yet to find a descent mexican resturant with good food and drinks here.

I've never been and was hoping for something good in that spot. prolly supa, rouge, kracka, or some of the other acadiana-based posters can tell you more about it .. i have been twice .. i can't say i was disappointed, but the meal wasn't memorable either ..
they never chimed in and i've eatten their all the time so i thought i would throw in my 2 cents. their not the only posters from the acadiana area.
