Anyone familiar with any local caterers in Houston that cook jambalaya with sides onsite for 200-250 people?

I'd check with Good Ole Boys... not sure if they do jambalaya or not.
you can probably find some people to do it but who knows if it will be any good or not...
Hell I might call some caterers in Lafayette and see if one might make a road trip for a group that big.
