Houston - Private dining for 30

Any recommendations for a restaurant with a private dining area that can accommodate 30?
I've done Reef, Artisans, and Hungrys for the past 3 holiday parties I've arranged and hosted. Im considering Caracol and Cavatore this year. But wanted to ask my Houston brethren if any past group dining experiences have stood out for you?

Potente downtown sent an email last week showing off their three private dining spaces but I have never used them. Their food and service are excellent. I have used the private dining rooms at Eddie V's CityCentre location and have always enjoyed the experience. They have an outdoor patio off the back of the restaurant for the use of private dining guests.

I keep seeing Eddie V's come up in my research, but I've never eaten there. I'll look into that one.

One fifth and B&B Butcher both have upstairs areas I've seen used for private events. B&B definitely big enough for 30. Never been upstairs at One Fifth.
