Help with making jerky

What kind of curing salt do you use to cure jerky? Also, does anyone have a good recipe that they have used before for a spicy and sweet jerky?

Yes similar to bulgogi. I'd like a good kick with some sweet as well.

I like the looks of that. May need to give it a try when weather allows me to fire up the new GMG.
