What kind of curing salt do you use to cure jerky? Also, does anyone have a good recipe that they have used before for a spicy and sweet jerky?

Recipe for a sweet and spicy jerky? Like Bulgogi?

Yes similar to bulgogi. I'd like a good kick with some sweet as well.

I’ve been wanting to do something like this. Looks pretty easy.

For a little sweetness dredge in a good quality honey before smoking.

I like the looks of that. May need to give it a try when weather allows me to fire up the new GMG.
