Help with a spiked fruit

My friend and I were thinking of what to drink saturday morning before the game and we decided that we wanted to try to spike a pineapple. We don't like watermelon. Anybody had experience with this and knows the best way to do it?

You can cut a small hole and try to fill but I don't think a pineapple will work like a watermelon.
Go to Sur La Table and buy a pineapple corer for about ten bucks. Cut the top off the pineapple and core it. Fill the core with vodka then slice the cores pineapple and put in with the vodka. Cut up some strawberries as well.
Or do the above and put it in a big plastic pitcher.
And even better is to do the above, put into a nice glass container with a lid and let it sit foe a few weeks.

Cajun injector, spread it around, and use good rum, also make sure it is a ripe pineapple.

When I saw spiked fruit, I was going to make a smart arse comment about a pineapple having spikes. I guess you best me to it.

Sorry getting back to you so late but I tried just cutting out the core and pouring rum but it would not spread through the pineapple so I just cut the pineapple up and put the pieces in a zip loc bag and poured rum in it and cooled it over night. It turned out so good. It was so strong. Thanks for the help.

get a smoothie maker, you know the one with the spout on the bottom. cut up the pineapple and pack it in fairly tight. pour rum or vodka over it the day before and refrigerate.
next day you should have pineapple flavored alcohol, and as you use the liquor you can eat the fruit
