Help me remember the name/ East Side of Houston

The was a reccomendation on here on once for a restaurant on the east side of Houston. May have been around Baytown or the San Jacinto Monument. I think it was on the water, and the signature dish was Pan Fried Shrimp. Thanks in advance!
