Help me find this Houston Sunday brunch place

I went to a Sunday brunch a few years ago which was in between the museum district and I-10. I think that is midtown? Tex mex buffet style in a sort of a house. Had some outdoor/patio seating. Very popular reservations required. Not fancy like Hugo's but not a dump either. Kind of a mom and pop family run place. It had several different buffet stations (dessert, salads/guac, hot dishes etc).
Anyone have any idea where this is? I'm looking for a good Sunday brunch in a few weeks.

I don’t know what this place is but I’ll be watching this because I’m interested.

Yes I think that's it. Unfortunately Google maps says it's permanently closed. Thanks for the info though.
Well it looks like I'll need to find another Sunday brunch before driving back. Perhaps Hugo's.....

Yep...caught fire not too long ago.
Hugo’s brunch is good no doubt...but if you want something a little simpler...La Mexicana...shite my abuela would make. Great food.
Also...if you want to eat at one of the best restaurants in town...try UBPreserv for Sunday brunch. I cannot recommend this place enough. Aside from the Tour of Houston...brunch is the best way to experience their menu.
