I had seen some of his videos in the past, but didn't know he was that level of badass. I will be paying more attention to his videos in the future.

Here's an older one, he demonstrates how he cooks award winning ribs, backyard style.

I don't, but I'm about to. I thought he was just a random youtuber who won a few cookoffs, I didn't know he was winning the BBQ version of The Masters every year.

I have the sweet rub and simply citrus. I have never put it on anything as heavy as he did.

I have seen lots of BBQ guys do this, I think if it's for competition, the judge is only eating a few bites so you have to punch them in the face. I can't imagine sitting down and eating a whole rack of ribs with that much seasoning/rub.

Yes. There’s few things I haven’t tried it on but my favorite is probably rump roast

Thanks for sharing.

I bought some baby back ribs to do for dinner tonight from Rouses. I was going to clean up my spice shelf and try a couple of things to get rid the almost finished containers.

I'm not smoking them but the video gave me some ideas to try with the different spices. I also have a bottle of apple vinegrette dressing thats been in the pantry for awhile they I will wrap them in.
