I don’t know, those red beans, dirty rice and mustard greens are pretty good.
But I don’t understand why sides are such a difficult thing for places. I mean it’s not hard to make large batches of beans, Mac and cheese etc...and doesn’t cost much either. If you put the effort into making great chicken or bbq for that matter, why not go the distance and make the sides at least stand up.

I lived basically next door to the Memphis location. Every time I co back, Barbecue is not on the menu. Best Chicken I've ever had.
