Having an Old Fart Brain Fart About LeBlanc's Seasoning

I know some on here have talked about using Kim LeBlanc's Seasoning for most, if not all, of the seasoning in jambalaya. So, is the amount to use 1 (8) oz can to 5 pounds of rice, or is it 1 can to 5 gallons of jambalaya?
