I'm thinking about it. Have to videotape the process so I can get film credits.

All you have to do is pay yourself $300,000 and post it on youtube with an ad account and you will qualify. The state will give you $105,000 of taxpayer money. Take $300 k from the left pocket run through your LLC right pocket as salary and you are ahead $105,000 less about $7000 in payroll taxes to the feds. Good luck.

Will you post a good recipe for free?

Buy the Ball Kosher or Bread and Butter seasoning packs at Wal Mart or Albertsons and follow the directions on the back for refrigerator pickles. Last up to 6 months in fridge. Easiest way for me anyway and I like the seasoning. Plus you can add garlic, peppers etc...

Cool. I notice cloves in the Claussen jars so I am going to put some of those in too.

Not pickles, but me and the SO have started pickling. It is awesome.

We've been making spicy pickled carrots, onions, green beans, & garlic.

Very simple, inexpensive, and it comes out amazing. Great with Mexican or Cajun foods, and Bloody Mary's

The hardest part is finding pickling cucumbers. I check Fresh Picken's, but they don't have them most of the summer. I pickled a few jars of carrots, really enjoyed those.

Does anyone have a sure fire summertime source for the cukes?

Walmart sells a 2 or 3lb. bag...this is where I get mine.
