Hasn't had kpauls in a long time. The chef at Gabrielle was a chef at Kpauls.
$65 dollar three course menu.

Of course had the blackened redfish for old times sake. Coconut shrimp app and sweet potato pecan pie.
Was all really good. Highly recommend if you live Kpauls food.

I like that they blackened the fish all the way. Must places are afraid to go dark on the fish. Fearing is burnt. But that's what made it taste so good at Kpauls.

I may go back next week and try some other items. The seafood platter with the blackened founder liked good too.

I'm excited to go next weekend. I miss KPaul's! Those black strap molasses muffins...
