I did the same yesterday. Winn Dixie had family pack of chicken on sale 2 weeks ago. It’s the one with 4 thighs 4 legs and 4 wings. Boiled them for 2 hours. Took chicken out then simmered for another 2. I went to Benoits in Addis yesterday and brought some smoked pork sausage and a link of andouille. Can’t beat Benoits. It’s all in the pot now. Question for you baws. Who puts oregano in their chicken and sausage gumbo?
