I was thinking burgers but I don't have any ground fat to mix in since I'm sure it is lean. Anyone have suggestions on what to cook with a 1 lb of ground nilgai?

Go get some bacon to chop up and blend in?
Or, tacos.

It’s lean. Did someone give this to you processed? If so it probably has pork or beef fat mixed in and if that’s the case crack on egg or two and mix it up. If it’s 100% ground meat throw some bacon in it with an egg.

You are right. I feel dumb now haha. Looks like I'm going to do burgers then. Thanks!

Don’t over cook.

I'm assuming it's not safe to cook medium rare since it's been processed?

I cook mine medium to medium rare and haven’t had any issues.

Spaghetti, lasagna, chili, anything where it doesn't need to hold together.
