blue cheese

Anything with blue cheese is good.... especially if you add a few drops of tabasco (my favorite on blue cheese)

When do you brush with the caesar dressing?

I just applied the caesar dressing at the table.

The only thing that gets brushed (pre grill) is the olive oil and S&P.

2 minutes grill on cut side and 1 min on the other.

I’m trying this in the next couple of days. Not sure why I never heard of this or thought of it. I cook on a propane fueled grill. Is that ok or do you need charcoal or wood burning for flavor? I would think that for such a quick cook that propane is fine. Not interested in making my own ceasar so will probably make a quick run to La Madelines for theirs.

I eat mainly just meat and vegetables, but never salads because I love grilled and roasted veggies. This sounds damn good. I've never bought a head of lettuce or whole romaine heads in my life but trying this out now. Also, gotta keep a tin of anchovies around just for Caesars or random few pizzas I get a craving for
