Left it out on the counter fir a cou ple hours then over night in the fridge. I found ut to be dry. I cooked it in a skillet with some butter and light seasoning like I normally do with tuna or salmon. Maybe I let it gI a little to long.

Halibut is easy to overcook. It is really good in fish in chips, as it has a great texture - not too flaky and not to firm.
