If you get a flat top grill that is going to stay outside in south Louisiana, I would get a stainless steel version. The cast iron is a pain in the arse to keep seasoned and rust free if you don’t use it frequently.

Completing my kitchen atm. Gas and electrical run today. Components going in tomorrow. Bull Angus grill, Bull commercial griddle and Memphis pellet smoker.
Should be breaking in tomorrow afternoon. Had a Memphis in my previous kitchen....just an awesome pellet smoker.

I'd miss wings, steaks, corn, kabobs, tortillas, etc.

The stainless removable griddle plates are the win in this thread.
