Got Some Old High Gluten Flour - OK to Use for Pizza Dough?

My hankering to make some pizza is back.
I bought a 50 pound sack of high gluten flour at least a year ago and I want to use it, rather than buy new flour.
Am I going to run into any problems?

Seems to me you’ll know how it is doing while you knead it - does it seem to be making gluten and feel right? Cheap to find out how it does.

Might taste a bit off and may not have the crumb you want, but it's likely not going to kill you.

For what it's worth, it doesn't smell rancid.

It's fine. I'm sure people used to store flour for a long while in Egpyt, Mesopotamia or somewhere
