For the lazy folk
Beef butt tenderloin is great cooked whole when you have a butt that doesn't stink. Crispy charcoal char on the outside and soft red middle is fantastic. It's the rotten smell that turns people off.

I bought some chicken wings there a few weeks back and I noticed something smelled a little off but didn't really pay attention. Got home and opened bag and started gagging. I didn't seek a refund which I probably should have. I've been more diligent since that occurance when buying meats there.
