Anyone ever try this place? I've been 3 times now and each time is as frustrating as the first.
Service is ridiculously slow and don't just stand in the front waiting to be seated, because apparently the wait staff couldn't care less.
I find some things actually good, but it isn't worth the slow wait staff and their callous attitude toward customers.

I’d have to agree. Every time I’ve ever been to a BWW restaurant the service has been terrible. I’ve ordered online and picked up food from the Gonzales one several times, the food is never ready when they say it will be.

I don't remember ever needing to be seated at a BWW. Just ordered, got the little buzzer, then sat wherever I wanted to.

It's been years since I've been to one, though, and that was in Ridgeland, MS. The service was fine, and the wings and onion rings were just as good as any comparable place. Perhaps it's changed over the years.
