What are the better Tillamook flavors? People go gaga for it, but I've tried 3-4 different ones and haven't been particularly impressed.

Tillamook ice cream is comparable to Blue Bell, I would say. They have a lot of flavors, and some are excellent, others are pedestrian.
I like their Marionberry pie, S'mores, Salted Hazelnut Crunch, and Chocolate Peanut Butter.
