Get the Skinny: The ‘Costco Diet’

Since we don't talk about Costco much,
, here is a full day's menu from items bought at Costco. Funny, we either have many of these items or bought them. She even mentions the comparisons to their protein bar and the Quest bar.
Only thing I would not buy is the Salmon which I am pretty sure is farm raised and no freakin way I buy farm raised fish.

Some farm raised fish is prerty good. There's a salmon farm in New Zealand that raises the best Salmon in the world. Their pond is fed by a glacier and the water is replaced like every couple days. Very good product. I also eat farm raised and wild caught catfish, they all good to.me.

That may be true but the norm is not so great and really nasty. I'd be interested in more info on the NZ Salmon though.

New Orleans store has Sockeye salmon. All Sockeye is wild.
