I don't know of a place, but I can tell you that you should start cold calling places TODAY and don't wait for someone to tell you of a place. These places have a very limited number of turkeys they can reasonably produce in one day, so they tend to pre-sell everything they can make pretty early. You might be cutting it a little thin trying to get on the list three weeks out.
