Pork is much better for you than chicken for being underdone. Actually too many people cook pork until it is well done.

I agree with you catman. When I was a kid my mom and grandmother would fry pork chops until they were stiff as a board. The fat would taste like bacon and you definitely needed a knife to cut it. It also took a while to chew them too. I like my porkchops breaded with seasoned bread crumbs and deep fried. The dorm cafeteria at LSU used to produce an excellent fried breaded porkchop. Catman, I agree with you if you insult the Fleur or Johnny's. Some people are a little sensitive if you state that some other place outdoes their favorite joint.

I wanna give a shout out to the girl that works there alot or at least she used to. A girl who is probably in her 20s and she is really nice and bubbly. A little overweight but kinda cute brunette. She discounted my chicken one time because it wasn't fresh or something. Or either they were out of fingers. Who is this girl?

maybe you could introduce bbq chicken sandwiches with the left over chicken. just shred it and soak in bbq sauce.

been waiting for my next br meeting to try fc and did at 11:00 today and my thanks and congratulations on the biscuit and three piece chicken,it was wonderful. didn't try the tater salad or anything else but was late for my meeting so i could get every particle off those bones!!!!!
