I’m sure it’s been discussed before.
Superior grill is extremely average but I like their salsa.
Please suggest a good salsa recipe.
Also
If I’m making tacos (beef, Pork, chicken)
What is your go to seasonings?

I have a simple but tasty one for you
You can use either 8-10 fresh roasted tomatoes or 1 can whole peeled.
2-4 Jalapenos depending on desired heat
Cilantro to taste
Sweet onion chopped
Green onion Chopped
Lime to taste
salt to taste
Blender or processor
Add tomatoes, Jalapeno, Cilantro and blend to chunky (I usually process 1 tomato and jalapenos first and then add the rest of the tomatoes and cilantro, because I don't want the tomatoes to puree. I like them slightly chunky, but you can also take to smooth if you don't like chunky)
Add Sweet onion and green onion.
squeeze 1/2 lime and add some salt. Taste and add either to desired taste.
You can also add roasted garlic crushed

Taco Seasoning:
1 Tbs. chili powder
2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
Sometimes I measure these things precisely, sometimes I just follow the list of ingredients and do approximations.

For tacos I use the low sodium McCormick seasoning packs. I use 1 and a half packs for every pound of meat. I usually do two pounds so that's 3 packs. And I add a big cut up onion.
People say I make a killer taco.

Penzeys bold taco seasoning is pretty good stuff for ground beef taco filling.
