It's getting late in the season, so there are some pretty good deals on pomegranates. I've never tried freezing them before. The stores sell them frozen so it can obviously be done. But was wondering if anyone had experience vacuum sealing vs. Ziploc bag? I'm thinking maybe freeze in a bag to get them hard and then vacuum seal in individual portions..

Costco sells them by the box. I think it’s $18 for 18 poms. Chain called Fresh Thyme also sells them for a dollar, but I think they are just a Midwest store.
