What's the price per plate or pound for Brisket at Frankin's?

If he is using Wagyu then I imagine it's pretty expensive as far as bbq goes?

He sales everything by the pound. You can get quarters and halves though.

The last time I was there was March, I believe the brisket was a little north of $20 per pound. OF course the brisket is the star and it should be, but the pulled pork is the sleeper. If you go there, save some room for it. I usually get a pound of brisket, half pound of pulled pork, 2 or 3 ribs, loaf of white bread and a drink for about $50. It was more than I could eat. I came real close though.

As I said a little north of $20. I was going on memory, I didn't take a picture of the menu prices.

Congrats on the good memory.
