FoodSaver customer service is run by a bunch of idiots

these have to be the dumbest bitches on the planet. I've called 3 times in the past 2 days for an order and holy crap there are some winners im dealing with.

supposed to have free 2 day shipping with orders over $100 to ensure by christmas. Ok i order it but they cant do the shipping right now because that person isnt there to authorize it. They say call back tomorrow - this was yesterday and when I call back today they tell me the charge will be reversed in one to two billing cycles. So I the ask if i have 2 day shipping shouldnt I have a tracking number by now and then Im told the product which says In Stock and receive by christmas all over their fricking website is backordered and they dont know when the frick they will ship it
