food trucks for events, NOLA

I need to hire four food trucks to work a series of events in early April. Anyone in NOLA have a positive experience w/truck hire for parties/events? I will be serving ~250 ppl in a focused, 2-hr time frame over 4 days, so I need 4 diff trucks. Bonus points for trucks serving items that are very quickly handed out (ie, no individually made/cooked pizzas, etc)

if you can snag em, get Taceaux Loceaux. One of the best in nola. My buddy hired them for his engagement party.

Taceaux Loceaux was first on my list....and I have The Fry Bar as #2. (not technically a truck, I know, but will work fine for this series of parking lot events)
