That ettouffee i made tonight is too damn good for my skills.
Thank god i took my time peeling those 8 pounds yesterday and added all that fat, which is lacking when you buy crawfish tails.

If I was a food scientist, I would spend all my time trying to duplicate the taste of crawfish fat. I'd be a billionaire.
