If I'm not mistaken, yellow flame said in his thread that it was delivered in 4-5 days.

Was wondering about the pork shoulder or butt with the hanging method. But he actually finishes them on the grate.

I hung mine till about 160 then got paranoid taking it all the way to 203 on the hooks. Afraid it would get too tender and fall off.
