How about suggestions for me?

Don't like Wheat Beers.
Not a fan of Belgians.
Don't want high ABV or Double IPAs.

I like Terrapin Rye Pale Ale, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, Sweetwater 420, Founders Session Ale, GOOD lagers (for example the Sierra Nevada Summerfest Amber Lager).

I've had the Bell's Oberon and Two Hearted.

Ideas?

sounds like you need to get your hands on some good APA's and similar beers. try Dale's Pale, Half Acre Daisy Cutter, Tallgrass 8-Bit, Southern Tier Live, Evil Twin Hipster, Tired Hands

I find vodka hangovers pretty easy. Beer hangovers are pretty rough. But wine hangovers, that's the worst.

I am the complete opposite.

Wine, I get zero hangover.

Beer, I don't get much.. and it's usually due to the shots that accompany my beer drinking.

Vodka.. I'm dry heaving all day.

I'm going to print this and bring it with me to the store.

I've had the Dale's but none of the others.

Is the Oskar Blues Yellow Pils any good?

I'm on the prowl for beer in BR. Went to cuban and whole foods so far. On to calandros.

For craft beer noobs, go to whole foods and build a 6 pack. They have a great lineup for the build your own stuff. 10 times better than win dixie and shite like that.

haven't had that one actually nor heard anything about it one way or the other. worth giving a shot unless someone chimes in and says it's piss.

also not sure if they distribute Good People in ATL but it's good shite.

Damn, not a good way to start your weekend. Hang in there.

Heading to Memphis. Hoping the beer scene has improved since my last visit, which sucked.

Collab between Evil Twin and Westbrook. It's a pretty, umm, interesting bottle. The beer is great.

Check out the Ghost River Brewing offerings. I can't vouch for all of them, but I recall enjoying the ones I tried.

You can get them on draft there too.

I've had their pale ale, which was pretty forgettable. But I'll be on the lookout for other offerings from them.

There's a new brewery up there called High Cotton that I'm anxious to try.
