You've been consistently posting bourbon pics this week. Hope all is ok.

You've been hitting the Basil a lot lately. One of these days I'm gonna join you. Too many hops in the fridge.

Swanson, you seem to have a nice haul of trillium.

Any interest in trading some for the alchemist brews next week?

I'd love to trade with you, but I don't really like Heady. Focal is ok. Just not my style, I guess.

I've never had anything from Trillum or Alchemist.

How would you describe the difference? How do the two breweries compare to the Parish hops?

All is well. I am just trying to cut back on calorie intake. I figure that bourbon has less calories than beer and that is why I've been switching to bourbon after a couple beers. It is a little experiment that probably won't last long.

Heady and Focal are great IMO, better than Parish for me, have not tried Crusher yet.

From what you have said about what you like, you would be a Heady fan. It's more west coast dank with a little haze. Trillium beers (the ones I had at least) are the punch you in the face juice bombs. That's what I love about them.

Not sure if you've had any treehouse, but Ghost for me is closest to Green. Parish seems to swing more to the hazy/juicy side of things. Opus doesn't know where it is just yet. But I am sure it will get there.

July batches of Envie and Opus have more juice than the Ghost batch, I'm confused

I hear it has to do with the amount of sunlight on the hops

I was just thinking the same thing. Is Andrew tailoring his beers to the trolls? Made Opus way more unfiltered this batch and now ghost is more filtered. Why screw with ghost after finding consistency since when, January?

If Dank to you is high alcohol content then awesome, but zero bite or juice in this batch, disappointed......
