How is that one? Love the label.

That is a damn fine label. The beer is okay. Nothing mind-blowing. It has a medium level of sweetness and a decent roasted malt flavor. It needs more though. Bottle says they used 3 different hops but I'm not really picking any of that up. Also I except some modicum of spice in a winter warmer. For $10 for the 750ml it's not something I regret picking up to try. Won't seek out again.

May be a small get together post-run on Sunday.

I am working the problem on how to make that. I have absolutely no idea how I am going to pull it off, but the wheels are turning.

Interesting. Nola was actually a possibility for me this weekend.
3bd - Thanks Ro for this one! Very light with a nice coffee flavor. I really enjoy this one

Ehhhhh, it was stuff I would have tried anyway. I love to share. I wish we had more hits. I felt like most were, "Oh, that was interesting! Glad I tried it." We aim for home runs. But I'm glad y'all appreciated it. I'm still gonna slide a few bbrou's way because regardless of what he thinks, I feel indebted. Let's be fair, none of us are going to say no to a few new brews. And I'm really enjoying this Firestone Walker. On that subject,

We are all great guys yeezy. Including you.

Just noticed we are on page 16 and there were pretty many beers had by the fbd krewe today. And I'm not stopping anytime soon.

I need to "get the wheels turning" on improving my long-distance stamina.

FBD - Boneyard Armored Fist. Collab with Three Floyds. Never had an Imperial CDA before. Excellent beer. Leans more towards an Imperial IPA.

Tell me more, Jax. That's essentially a Black IPA? I'm not familiar with CDA shorthand. My google says the Boneyard Armored Fist is a Black IPA. That's my favorite style, no exaggeration.

Don't feel bad, I brought a couple terrible Jester King beers to the Jamboree because I wanted to get rid of them and no one would take them.

Helluva Monday!

Hate we lost Ham and I hate it more that he got tied up in his travels. Been there and it sucks!

I was thinking about a night cap but I went with a cup of hot chocolate instead.

Nite gents....Stink Out.

Damn. Wooky Jack is really damn good. I opened it and let it sit for a minute. What a beer. This is outstanding!

Yep! I hope I have enough firewood though. I did not prep for this well. The only thing that concerns me is the talk of power outages. I have plenty of beer though.
